Returns and refunds
You can cancel an order within 14 days of the gift being delivered.
Unwanted gifts can be returned unused with the gift receipt. We refund the person who paid.
If a gift arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage.
